Sandbox Help

The HAWHAW XML sandbox is a place to make first steps in learning HAWHAW XML. You can find all required information in the FAQ and in the HAWHAW XML Reference.

You edit HAWHAW XML input in the text input field and watch the resulting output in the device simulator on the right side. HAWHAW XML is not restricted to HTML output only. You can browse the current content of the sandbox with your mobile phone, your PDA or all those other devices supported by HAWHAW. All you have to do is to enter the sandbox-URL http://sb.hawhaw.de/ in your mobile browser.

In order to get an impression what VoiceXML is about, there is a phone number available, where you can browse the current sandbox content from a normal phone.
+1 321 239 1423

This is an international call to the US and will be charged accordingly. Discrimination digits and country code can vary from country to country. If you are calling e.g. from Germany, you normally have to dial:
001 321 239 1423

Skype users can listen to the sandbox free-of-charge by clicking on the following number: +990009369991421313

Free World Dialup users can do the same by directing their IP phone towards this address:

FWD **869 1 999 142 1313

All phone numbers are provided by Voxeo.

Be aware that sandbox content is of very temporary nature. All sandbox users are working on the same physical web space. Do not consider the sandbox as some kind of personal area. Everyone can read your input and modify it at any time. HAWHAW does not provide any kind of hosting for HAWHAW XML purposes. To make your input persistent you need some webspace to store your HAWHAW XML files. You can then access your HAWHAW XML files via a HAWHAW proxy. Please read the FAQ for more info about HAWHAW proxy usage.

Like a guestbook, the HAWHAW XML sandbox is not immune for any kind of doubtful input. The sandbox will be controlled in regular intervals. Nevertheless, whenever you encounter any kind of offending content in the sandbox, please delete it (e.g. by activating one of the example buttons) and inform the webmaster about it.

All kind of feedback is appreciated.

Have fun in the sandbox.

And keep on laughing ...
